Current Clients

Current clients can contact me through their secure client portal. To access the portal, click the button below or go to https://nicole-palunlpccs.clientsecure.me or download and open the Simple Practice Client Portal app on your phone or other smart device. Enter your email address and client SEND LINK. Retrieve the email from your inbox and click Sign In. 

What is included in your portal? 

Messaging: Send a secure message by clicking the icon the top right corner and message me directly. All messages are privacy protected. 

Appointments: All of your upcoming appointments are located here. You can also find your telehealth link by clicking Join Video. You can also cancel and request an appointment time. 

Documents: All of your intake documents and any other documents we have shared, forms and files, including those that need to be completed or have been shared or completed can be found here. You can also upload files to share by selecting Upload Files under My Uploads. 

Billing and Payments: You can view invoices, Superbills, update payment methods and to view your payment history in this tab. Please note Superbills are titled Statement for Insurance Reimbursement.
